How the process works
1. You get an insurance letter asking for WETT inspection. 2. Book with us — 60 seconds online. 3. Inspector arrives (60–90 min on site). 4. PDF report emailed same day to you, and — with your permission — to your broker directly. 5. Broker files it. Done.
What if the chimney doesn't pass?
You get a specific list of failed items with fixed-price quotes to correct each one. If we do the repair, we re-inspect at no charge. If you use another contractor, we can re-inspect for the SITE-Verification fee ($495).
