Mississauga sits 28 km and about 30 minutes west of downtown Toronto, built around the Square One core and the Port Credit waterfront. For chimney and venting work that geography matters more than most homeowners expect: it decides how your system was built, how hard the weather works on it, and what a fair price looks like. The short version is that Mississauga is three distinct chimney markets in one city: lakeshore masonry, an 80s exterior-chase belt, and a post-2000 zero-clearance belt in the north-west.

The older belt — Port Credit, Lorne Park, Clarkson and Mineola — is full-masonry construction with clay-tile or, in the oldest cases, unlined brick flues.
